I have been very impressed with the OnCare system. Since beginning to use the system, we have seen a large increase in staff productivity. Moreover, we have noticed an improvement in the quality of contact notes and believe this to be a result of staff finding it much less laborious to use meaning that they are better able to concentrate on the content. Also, I have found the OnCare team very approachable and knowledgeable.
